Sometimes the fear of pain or failure holds us back from living the life we deserve.  It doesn't have to.  The fear is often far worse and far more paralyzing than the very things we fear.

You're here because you're struggling.  You're not where you thought you would be.  You want to be more accomplished at work, more patient at home, more present in your relationships, or maybe you just want to be happier and feeling like you have clarity about where you are and where you're headed.  As hard as you try, you still feel stuck-- at work, in your personal life, or both.  Maybe you're a high-achiever wanting to tackle the hurdles holding you back in your relationships or in your career or maybe you're facing a crossroads in your life and trying to figure out how you get through it.  Maybe this isn't the first time you've looked at a therapist's website.  Maybe you've talked yourself out of making an appointment in the past or you've even been to a therapist and felt frustrated with the lack of results.

One of my favorite things clients tell me is, "I never thought I would be able to do this before."  Make this time different.  When you work with me, I am not going to sit and nod while you talk about the same things week after week on my sofa.

I run by the Manhattan Beach Pier quite often but I never noticed this ledge before this morning.  So interesting how we don't always see things that are right in front of us -- and so fascinating that it's even there.

I want to know what your goals are, I want to figure out what's holding you back, and I want to take it on.  With you.  We will get you through this.

Reaching out and getting help is not weakness.  It's strength.   If I am not the right therapist for you, I will help you find someone who is.  Don't let fear hold you back anymore.

My office is across the street from the beach.  While I do offer therapy in a traditional office setting, I am also able to incorporate the beach into my practice and offer both Walk & Talk sessions and Therapy on the Beach.
